Christo is right however I think the answer you are looking for is 64k and 
ranges from 4K to 128K.  Your best bet is to confirm with the OS and 
Applications that you are backing up the block size that they write.

Media Blocksize = 0
means you are using a divice whith variable block size, like LTO.
