If no matching volume is online, I believe you are correct.  Short of
doing a savset recover and directly specifying a ssid/cloneid, I don't
know how to have it request a particular clone.

However, if one copy is online and the others are not, it should pick
that copy and not request another.  So if you sent the original offsite
and you inserted the clone into the jukebox, the recover should pick
those tapes and complete.
