If you don't have a problem installing perl I can send you a custom perl
script that we use here.

Thread: [Networker] alternative to blat
We used blat 1.9x for a long time. Then the smtp server was updated from
Exchange 5.5 to 2000. After this, Mails from blat are rejected every
time.
I have updated blat to version 2.2 from http://blat.sf.net and the
problems are gone.
