It is out there.  There are no release notes included with the download,
unfortunately, so it's still not 100% clear what issues have been fixed
in 4.22.  Getting that info would be really handy.

Thanks for "running point" on this, and please let the interested group
know when/if you find out the progress on a real v7 client (or at least
a client that fixes the LGTpa50711 issue).
