Well,

I have a test lab at office. I will create the scenario & such volume again
tomorrow morning & try this.

What Support Center suggested works but then at a time you should have
volumes from both pools mounted so for standalone devices you need to
manually change tapes & monitor for the backup to be over & for jukeboxes
what if all the drives are busy taking backups - who will write index on
the other pool.
