Server: NetWorker 6.1.3.Build.428

   Since we migrated to NetWorker 6.1, the date/time stamps in the
daemon.log file, as well as the displays in nsrwatch or nwadmin, are
all done with AM/PM times instead of 24-hour times as they were
before.  How do I change it back to display in 24-hour times?
