David,
Be sure that in the virtual client definition, you filled
in the "save -c <virtual client>" as backup command. I think
Networker is just confused about which CFI to refer to. Forcing it
to the "<virtual client>" often solved problems. You can
also have a try to force a level FULL, just in case of
MediaDB or CFI corruption. Best if forcing full after
forcing virtual client name in save command.

Thierry

I checked with the product managers. NetWorker supports Win2K SP3 for
client and server, and for cluster environments. The Software
Compatibility
Guide should reflect this shortly.

OK, SP3 isn't listed in the cluster support section. Let me check.

Either get the Q265017 hotfix, or upgrade to SP3.

Subject: [Networker] NT Cluster Backup Levels - always getting full

Hi All,
We've recently configured a MSCS cluster w/ two physical nodes. We've
got
the
licensing figured out and that seems to be working well. BTW, this is
using
W2k w/ SP2. The problem is that when BU is started, we got a full _and_
and
incr regardless of the schedule. Any pointers as why/what is going on
and
how
to fix it?
Thanks,
/\/elson
