Stefan
Reset option is not included from X11 interface.
You have 2 solutions : install the Windows GUI and
admin your datazone from a windows system if you want to do
it graphicaly (autochanger reset is from operation control
panel you get after clicking on the right button on the lib
you want to manage) or use CLI (windows or unix)
"nsrjb -HE" on the server or "nsrjb -HE -s server" if
issued from a storage node controlling the robotic arm.
If you want to reset your lib properly, set back working
devices to ENABLE state and then issue the above nsrjb.
You can also add a "-v" flag to obtain more info about
what's being done.
Hope that helps,
Thierry

Subject: Re: [Networker] automounter reset not reflected in GUI
hi,
i had this issue i couple of times last weeks
(tape drives on my ESL9198 Library going dead)
As i can remember playing with the checkbox
array under devices (reflecting the state of the tapes ?)
helps me. I Think you must tick unload (from mounted).
Unfortunatly the rest of the procedure is off my fifo brain
queue.
hth.
