My configuration is running Sun E10K SAN with 9 domains incl. Legato
Networker server 6.1.2, Brokade switch, ATL P3000 Library with 6 tape drives
scsi over fibre.

You might wish to check your controller for any device errors.  This usually
refers to either a bad drive or bad SCSI controller, if you're running
SCSI...

What's your system config?  You never mentioned that part of the equation...

Did anyone come across situation when issuing command  nsrjb (with any
option) would produce

nsrjb: SYSTEM error: I/O error

Issue nsrjb command again and you get the right output.
