Migration runs process automatically.

Better:
Simultaneously and automatically...
Use Migration to move from DISK to DD, as above.
Use Reclamation to move from TAPE to DD.
UPDate STGpool TAPE RECLAIMSTGpool=DD REClaim=[%%] RECLAIMPRocess=[##]
Adjust ## and %% as appropriate, reducing %% until done.
