Installing TSM server 5.5.03 on Z/OS
Errors running format of recovery log and database
The recovery log formatted ok, The datbase seemed to be
formatted ok. There are 8 db volumes, BDMVS error is referring to the 7th.

BDMVS: Attempted I/O after close.  Disk TSM.DB5507 operation bdWrite to block
 1                                                                         
ANR0256E Error writing physical page 1 to restart/checkpoint area on database
volume TSM.DB5507.                                                         
ANR0258E Unable to write complete restart/checkpoint information to disk.  
ANR7838S                                                                   

Anyone seen this.
