By default TSM client makes backup of system state as separate "filespace"
and is calling this filespace "SYSTEM OBJECT". Look for "system object" in
TSM manuals and redbooks. Maybe you were misguided by the name difference.

I have  question from  NT administrator on system state backups ..

Can TSM backup system state ? if so what server/client versions are
supported ?
