You will not be able to migrate your data to the 3580 tape pool since
the pool can't have the same name as the 3590 pool.

What I would recommend is to create a new tape library, drive, devclass
and stg pool definitions.  Migrate all your data to the new pool.  Point
your new backups to the new pool.  Once all the data is migrated to the
new pool, then rename the new storage pool back to the original name of
your 3590 pool.
