Look at your activity log for the time stamp above. What tape drive(s)
was being used at the time? Does this problem recur if the drive is
taken offline by TSM? Do any of the client logs show any meaningful
data?

If you can pinpoint the drive, then you can work on why *that* drive
is failing.
