I have seen the message before but is the CC=00000026 or CC=206???

I am running TSM 4.1.4.1 on Win2000 and my TSM server service terminates
every morning with this error:

10/10/2001 05:10:09   ANR8301E I/O error on library FFATL04 (OP=00586D38,
                       SENSE=N/A, CC=00000026).

At this time the backups are writing directly to tape.  Has anyone seen
this?
