Make sure you have configured the normal backup/archive client first.  If
dsmc works, then the browser should work.  For Netware its a bit trickier
because you have to either enter the Netware username and password or ask
*SM to cache it for you.

Bottom line: before trying the web client, make sure the standard
backup/archive client is working with passwordaccess generate.  This applies
to all clients.
