Try increasing the value of commtimeout in your dsmserv.opt file and
restarting *SM.  I've seen this at times when the agents are thinking, the
server will time out the communication.  I think the default is 60 seconds.
Try setting this to 300 seconds.  (perhaps a bit high, but it will most
likely be enough)
