Thanks for the answers .... The problem was resolved with the correct
privileges.
I have now an other question  I want to backup Incremental six days and the
seven day full.
I need to keep the Incremental for 14 versions and full 2 versions. I made
2 managment class: MGEXCINCR (14 versions) and MGEXCFULL (2 versions) and
two opt files:
dsm.opt with the default managment class MGEXCFULL and dsm_incr.opt with
include * MGEXCINCR.

I associate  in the excdsmc command the dsm.opt for the full backup and the
dsm_incr.opt for the incremental backup.

My question is if I need to run  2 services (dsmcutil ...) one with
/optfile:dsm.opt
and the other with /optfile:dsm_incr.opt
