1. There is reported to be a PTF on the web for TSM-3.7; have you
checked to ensure you're installing the latest code?!?
2. Unless you intend to use HSM, try the install without it! In
SMIT, choose the individual client components (but not HSM).
Just a couple ideas... (also, BTW, don't install the 64-bit API unless
you know you intend to use it; BackInt & other Agent-like apps. still
require the 32-bit API.)
