The one time I tried to run an ADSM client (it was at level 3.1.0.6) without
trying to reboot, the client failed saying it was missing an Ordinal. A
reboot solved the problem. (I had been told to reboot by the install
program, but I never had to before, so .....)

I have installed TSM 3.7, and was prompted to either do it now, or do it
myself, and I assumed that since the old version now required a reboot, this
had not changed....

In the readme for this fixtest, it says that the install has become "smarter" in
that it attempts to determine whether or not you need to reboot after the
install. However, I agree with Wayne: Reboot! Whenever we install, or
uninstall software on NT, we reboot to be on the safe side for we have been
burned in the past when we did not do so......
