In the readme for this fixtest, it says that the install has become "smarter" in
that it attempts to determine whether or not you need to reboot after the
install.  However, I agree with Wayne: Reboot!  Whenever we install, or 
uninstall
software on NT, we reboot to be on the safe side for we have been burned in the
past when we did not do so......
