I appreciate your input to me, but I already knew that.  People are saying
that a backup that is done cannot being restored.  Which is false, granted
on a lot of applications like Exchange there are different levels of backups
that can touch different pieces of the application, like your IS/DS and
transact logs.  I too agree your points very well explained in both
ConnectAgent docs as well as Exhange docs.
