Linux client dies...

I recently saw behavior very much like this when an HP-UX client system was
rebooted while the backup was in progress.
The client scheduler process on a SCO Unix client here used to crash every
time it attempted to back up the dsmsched.log file it was writing. I decided
that trying to get this fixed was more trouble than it was worth, and settled
for updating the include/exclude file to exclude dsmsched.log and dsmerror.log.
