It looks like a hang at the client side. The actlog only shows:

09/24/1999 21:18:02 ANR0482W Session 402 for node KPI-DATA (LINUX)
terminated - idle for more than 15 minutes.  

There are no big files on this client, so it cannot be the idletimeout
value.
