What is the best way to do an restore to another netware client ...

I made first an restore -fromn=xxxxx oldfs\bindery:    newfs\bindery:
and restore -su=yes -vol -rep=no -fromn=xxxxx  oldfs\sys:/* newfs\sys:/

During the second command I got a lot of write access denied ....

Any clue ....
