Central Scheduler giving problem

Subject: Central Scheduler giving problem

We have upgraded our ADSM from 2 to ver 3.
The scheduler is not working, it goes into Pending state and just waits.
Is there any know problem with this version or we are doing something
wrong.
The error message is ANR2635E Invalid time range, begin/end.  As you all
know
while scheduling we don't need to provide End time, and also for
immediate schedule
you don't even have to give start time!!!
