I think that after you do the q drm * wherest=vaultr you should follow that
with a move drm * wherest=vaultr
this will put those volumes in the courierretrieve state.
After you get the tapes back from the vault do a move drm * wherest=courierr
and that will move them to onsiteretrieve and delete the volumes from the
database.
