You could do an archive and this probably makes the most sense.  To do this,
either modify the archive copy group within your existing management class
to have a retention of 5 yrs, or add another class called something like
5yr_class.  In the second case, you will want to then have an include
statement in your options set on the client:

include filename 5yr_class

to send this file to the class using either archive or selective.
