Hi,

It would be nice if IBM would tell us are they gonna do this flag or not
and if they will, when.

I'm really waiting for it becouse archiving is useles in our Unix clients
because of the amount of symbolic links in data. E.g. I tried to archive
one ~ 200MB project directory without knowing how links are handled. I
started to wonder how the archive grows over few gigabytes. I found out
how ADSM treates links and stopped the archive process. Our project
directories include links to other projects and this would make an
endless loop to terabytes of data. And I only wanted to archive one small
project directory!

Having the flag would really make our life easier.
