I think the exclude.dir needs a drive selector.  To exclude the files, but
not the sub-directories, I use:
   Exclude "?:\...\Temporary Internet Files\...\*"

Using the GUI is a quick way to check your work.  You must start a fresh
copy each time you change the dsm.opt file.
