Cris:
When using the Exclude.dir command the Quotes do not really seem to have
much effect on the results. I think you are trying to eliminate a directory
where htm files may be stored but not needed to be backed up. I used this
command to eliminate selected directories:
exclude.dir *:\winnt\profiles\d*\favorites
This worked to ignore the default users favorite directory.
A key to remember is not to put an ending \ on the statement.
