If you are using the Disaster Recovery Manager add on, you can use the move
drmedia command to move any volumes out of the library.  It will
automatically eject the volumes.

If your are not using DRM, use the upd vol command to change the access for
the volumes to offline and eject them.  The DRM add on is expensive but pays
for itself with one use.
