Hello,

Has anybody seen this before? I couldn't find anything about
it in the list's archive.

(Running a 3.1.2.0 server on AIX 4.2.1)

Every hour these error messages are appearing in our activity log:

12/11/98 20:48:15 ANR9999D afmigr.c(2742): Error deleting transaction for 0
bytes moved reclamation - volume 000561.
12/11/98 21:48:15 ANR9999D afmigr.c(2742): Error deleting transaction for 0
bytes moved reclamation - volume 000907.

They seem to be the result of a failed Space Reclamation process:

                      BACKGROUND at 14:48:21.

                      (R/O).

bytes moved reclamation - volume 000907.

The two volumes that ADSM is complaining about have a volume status "Full"
but don't contain any data:

                   Volume Name: 000561
             Storage Pool Name: 3494POOL
             Device Class Name: 3494-3590
       Estimated Capacity (MB): 21,053.3
                      Pct Util: 0.0
                 Volume Status: Full
                        Access: Read/Write
        Pct. Reclaimable Space: 100.0

For some reason ADSM doesn't reclaim these volumes.
Does anybody know why?

Regards,

Alexander
