I am having a terrible time getting our DBA's to understand the structure
and standards put into place for ADSM.

I want greatly to take them off of SQL-Backtrack and switch to the Oracle
Connect agent.  But is it worth it?

Those of you who use it, how well does it work?  Does it provide the
performance/benefit for the price for a Unix agent?
Are there any pitfalls to using the agent.  How easy is it to show DBA's how
to use?

Don't bite you tongue, give me the real deal on the Oracle agent.
