If you have a copy of version 2 around, you can still use V2's utility.
just copy The old file into the V3 directory, Otherwise, look in the
archives, there was a post by the developer on how to use the V3
utility.
It was titled V3 scheduler service utility, author Pete Tanenhaus - I
don't
remember the date, but believe it was within a month or two of the V3
release
