Our ADSM serve can not be connect by error "TCP/IP error connecting to
server." the message is:
TCP/IP error connecting to server.
TcpOpen: Error: Connection refused
TcpOpen(): connect() failed, errno = 79
TcpClose(): Protocol violation - Socket not Created
sessOpen: Failure in communications open call. rc: -50
ANS4017E Session rejected: TCP/IP connection failure

I tried to kill the adsm serve and restart again, but I can not start
serve with error message:"Explanation (open error): Text file busy "

Can any give me a help? What is the problem?
