What is the correct procedure to restore a data base? We are testing an ADSM
for Win/NT Local Client with a DLT 4500 autoloader. I have a full data base
backup on volume RMT001 in the autoloader, but in this test the device config
and volume history files are not available. Here's what we did.

1. The Win/NT system was trashed.
2. We reinstalled the Win/NT system and the ADSM for Win/NT software.
3. I created a DEVCONFIG file containing:
 DEFINE DEV DLT DEVT=DLT FORMAT=DLT20C LIBR=MANLIB
 DEFINE LIBR MANLIB TYPE=MANUAL
 DEFINE DRIVE MANLIB TAPE0 DEV=MT5.0.0.0
4. DSMSERV INSTALL 1 C:\ADSMR.LOG 64 1 E:\ADSMR.DB
5. DSMSERV RESTORE DB DEV=DLT VOL=RMT001

I get message ANR8447E saying no drives were available. I tried the above
with and without the ADSMscsi drive active, and using definitions for an
autolib. I get different errors in each of these scenarios. Nothing works.
Does anyone what I am doing wrong?
