BACKUP STG error: ANR9999D ASRTRV(494)

I am backing up a primary tape pool, that is on 3490s and collocated, to
a copy pool in a 3494 to 3590s(no collocation).  I am able to process
some tapes successfully.  This is the 3rd of these errors on my input
tapes during this backup process.
