I just got IP20665 in the mail this morning.  The readme contains the following

 - The final fix for APAR IC12349 (OS/2 GUI problem - not displaying
   the Drive Information window on WARP fixpack 17) will be addressed
   by WARP APAR PJ21756.  However, a temporary fix to work around the
   WARP problem has been enabled/included in V2R1 Level 0.3 PTF of
   the OS/2 client.
