The following is from an upcoming netware client PTF. It could
be part of your problem:
If running TCPIP V2.75 (3.X) or V3.0 (4X), and the ADSM server
is located across subnets, you may want to consider adding the
following line to your SYS:\ETC\TCPIP.CFG for higher performance.
TcpMSSinternetlimit OFF
This will allow larger than 512 packet sizes when crossing routers.
TCP/IP v2.75 is part of the TCP31A.EXE Novell fix.
