I just placed the paper...adsm.txt on the ftp server. Look in
adsm\incoming. It's the short paper that gives some info about
running ADSM on 4.X NetWare servers.

Note: It's original format was in WordPerfect, when it was exported
      to text, the lines became pretty long (131 chars).
