Set TCPBUFFSIZE and TCPWINSIZE to maximum. MacTCP is a very slow
implementation compared with most of the other micro TCP stacks.
You should see average throughput at somewhere around 75-100K/sec
with some higher bursts if you happen to have a lot of small
files.
