Running NV 7.1.4 FP4 on RH Linux AS2.1

Would like to know if anyone has info on how to accomplish the following:

Have a windows server that sporadically has an application issue.  This issue creates a unique Windows Application Event log entry.

Using EvntWin – I can get the the msg converted to a trap and off to Netview.  I can page or email or ???

What I don't know how to do is use SNMP to perform a command back to the system that generated the error (in this case I'd like to kick of an IISReset cmd on the machine)

Since I have R/W strings defined, I think this should be possible but am struggling with the "how" part.

Any input would be greatly appreciated,
