Carlos,

if you are running Netview standalone on your box then 162 is fine.
But if you are running other monitoring tools on the same box then Netview 
might be listening to another port -> check entry 'nvtrapd-trap' in file 
/etc/services.
For example, I remember Optivity when running on the same box as Netview was 
taking port 162 for himself and made Netview use another port number.   So, in 
that case if you want your traps go directly to Netview without going through 
another tool, use the new port assigned to Netview.
