Not to brag, but I have mine already.  You may need to re-request the CD.
There are two CDs now, one for NT, the other for UNIX.
The UNIX CD is labled Version 5.1.1 Patch for UNIX Revision B - dated March
19, 1999.

Looks like too much for an e-mail or download.

My last update (this morning) from Tivoli Support is that there is a delay
in shipment due to some NT issues.

No word on when they expect to resolve those issues.
