Hi OGrant
How did you run mib2trap command on WINNT4.0. When i tried this command on
my machine, it gave me error
" chmod : WARNING: This program is not supported on windows NT".
Do you have anu idea why is it happening on my machine.
Thanks a lot
sanjeev

Don't know about netview/unix, but on NT, I had little success with mib2trap
and some cisco mibs - eventually, I created the traps by hand through
netview's event browser. That is, I had to correlate the oid to a more
descriptive event in order to bring those never-ending "DEFAULT FMT"
messages to an end.
