RFC1747-SNA-SDLC-MIB.
I had a quick look in snmp_mibs on my AIX system and did not see it.
Hernan, try the isi.edu site, which should have it ( I haven't checked).

snaDLC(41)   sdlc(1)   sdlcTraps(3) sdlcLSStatusChange(2)
