[Veritas-bu] RMAN Recovery issue and Netbackup 7.1.0.2

The Oracle DBA allocated 6 channels for the backup and also 6 channels for the
recovery.
I see 6 streams in the GUI...but 3 are always waiting on tapes that he active 3
streams are using.
Make sense???
