If they are both scheduled by NetBackup, it's probably in your
Policy(ies) and Schedule(s) configuration. The most likely scenarios
are multiple policies or using a frequency-based schedule where your
frequency is 12 hours. If using Calendar-based scheduling, I'll note
that the 1500 and 0300 backups are on different days.
