What about removing the agent on the client and reconfiguring.

Must be something on the client that is over riding the policy setting
perhaps?

There isnt multiple copies of the DB by chance? Just a thought

I have an issue with one particular Oracle job where it runs twice in a row.
The minute one job completes, a second fires off and backs up the data
again. Thankfully its a small database. I so far have yet to figure it out
but I've triple checked the policy and it looks ok. My current theory
involves DBAs being the spawns of Satan. =P

Hi,

My oracle DB netbackup jobs appearantly have been running twice during its
backup window. I have scheduled the job to kick-ini at 15:00hrs. The backups
run again at 3AM. Any ideas? I am using RMAN scripts via Netbackup.
